I was born and raised on the Virgin islands and Jerk is a huge part of our culture because of our large Jamaican population. This was one of the best plate for price of jerk chicken I have had since moving to the UK. The ordering process was simple, the service was quick and polite. Highly recommend.

This was our first visit, and while the food was excellent, the ordering process was a bit confusing. Since we didn’t know how the meal box worked, we tried asking the staff member assembling the box to explain the base and protein options. Unfortunately, they didn’t explain the choices clearly, which made it difficult to understand how to build the box—and it can become expensive if you don’t know how the pricing works. This was the only part that disappointed us. That said, the food itself was truly enjoyable. We ordered the meal box with a half-rice, half-fries base and three proteins, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The standout item was the BBQ fried chicken—perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and easily the best part of the meal. The mac and cheese was also impressive: creamy, comforting, and well-balanced without being overly heavy. Overall, despite the confusing ordering experience, we genuinely enjoyed the food.

Love this place!!! Perfect if you want something healthy-ish, which I feel Trafford centre lacks. Abit expensive for a small box but so flavourful & great protein. Big fan of the plantain. Super friendly staff too
