SCAMMERS DO NOT USE - I should have read the other reviews first… Said he would fix my iPhone smashed back for £50. He left shards of the old glass under the new back and so it cracked again hours after the repair. When I went back he said he would repair it again for free but then changed his mind and told me I had to pay again.
WOMEN BE AWARE⚠️ I recently picked up my repaired phone from this store and was asked inappropriate personal questions by some low life looking guy at the till. He asked my age and then pretended to be of the same age trying to be all funny when in reality it was borderline predetory and abusive. I thought the "staff member" was going to check my phone properly one last time as he asked me if the touch screen was working properly, but instead, he took my phone and added his PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER into my device WITHOUT my consent. This made me extremely uncomfortable and was EXTREMELY unprofessional when handling a customer’s device. This place sucks. Everyone should stay away from here especially women on their own. Ugly faces, disgusting characters and rubbish customer service. Stop hitting on random customers and close this scam of a business immediately. Disgraceful.
Do not trust this place. Two rude scammers sold me a completely faulty screen protector, and when I calmly asked for a refund, one of them became aggressive and confrontational. No apology, no accountability – just hostile behavior and excuses. These people clearly have no interest in customer service, only in taking your money. I can’t stress this enough: do not buy anything electrical or tech-related from here – you’ll only end up angry and ripped off like I was. I deeply regret walking into this place. You’ve been warned.
