Not helpful at all, receptionists speaking on behalf of doctors and not allowing you have a direct contact with your doctor. No empathy with your situation no matter how much you explain it. My son diagnosing with ADHD in a private Clinic and the psychiatrist requested blood tests. Reception staff decided that the Surgery can not do it as it has been requested privately. When I asked to speak to the GP they did not confirm an appointment only to miss a single call from the GP. When I called back after not recriving a call from them, the receptionist said the GP called my son few times and I checked my son's phone and there was not a single call from the Surgery. My son is struggling a lot in his first year of the College and crucial exam ahead in January and needs a medication to help focus and get good marks. It's very dissapointing when stay away from your Surgery and when you really need the help you get such an awaful experience.
I have been a patient for 34 years but retired from work in March I have had some great doctors from mary mcgarry I have had about 6 that have retired well I had to move temporarily to my daughters house that Is 1.3 miles away so I told them wow I got a text saying I had 28 days to find a new practice I appealed this but no off you Pop so much for comunity spirit thank you for all your help up to now .onwards and upwards
My experiences over many years with Conway Road can only be described as exceptional. Every member of staff from reception through to the team of doctors provides an outstanding level of respect and care for their patients. I can not believe that there us a better surgery than the team at Conway Road and I will be eternally grateful for the care they have provided for me for many years
