As I am not a regular visitor due to rarely being ill, I can't find enough words to praise all the staff at Firsway Health Centre, particularly Dr Roberts....my wife phoned up this morning(due to working commitments and being unable to access a phone)and managed to get me a booking. All the staff were extremely friendly and Dr Roberts was very helpful and efficient in her diagnosis. She explained everything perfectly and advised the course of treatment to be taken. Thank you so much to everyone at Firsway Health Centre.
I cannot recommend Dr. Grant highly enough. She is everything you could ask for in a GP: incredibly thorough, a fantastic listener. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and ensures you are fully involved in any decisions about your care. Even as a busy doctor she never makes you feel rushed. She is a real asset to Firsway Health Centre and I feel very fortunate to be under her care.
