Been a long standing patient of Partington Medical centre for over 30 years. If I could've give 10 stars I definitely would have done. All & I do mean all the Doctors, nurses and reception staff are in a special league of there own. I only have high praise for everyone who works there in whatever capacity often in very difficult circumstances. Think. Think the best there is. Think they all work like clockwork and a family team. Assuming you are signed in here I/we are all very privileged to be in there care.
Literally useless. Rang to make an appointment, got told same day at 11am, perfect. Got a text an hour later to “remind me” my appointment was 10:40am. Had to organise everything with work etc to leave earlier than expected, got to the doctors, and sat for an hour waiting for my appointment. Went up to the desk to ask why I’d been waiting so long and if I actually had an appointment with the doctor. Word for word the receptionist’s response: “oh yeah, he comes in late.” That was all, absolutely pointless.
GPs are inconsistent, unprofessional and insensitive. Avoid this practice if you value a GP practice that treats patients well. Receptionists are lovely and overall good at fitting you in but cannot overlook how much the GPs there value you.
