Phoned for an appointment for my 1 month old son - Armaan in reception was so helpful and managed to squeeze us in, he was so kind and understanding. I saw Dr Alam who gave me time to express my concerns and really addressed them, she reassured me and got my son seen by a paediatrician the same day. She was fantastic. I have also seen Dr Farhan and Dr Ahmed in the past and both are great. I really like this Practice, they are a credit to the NHS.
Saw nurse Elaine Richards yesterday got an appointment. She was so lovely, took into consideration all of my concerns, and did not rush me. I felt very cared for, and I’m grateful that my first appointment at the practice has been so positive! Thank you once again Elaine.
Been with dr farhan for over 23yrs,all the staff are lovely but have to give a big shout out to stacey,goes above and beyond to help sort out any problems,and i have many 👏
