Customer Reviews
Went in today with friends, very poor customer service. The food is just kids size(fish and chip, the fish is seems to be cut in a lot of portions. Chicken Tenders only 3 pieces) . No one comes to ask about how food are. Ordered the dessert never came. Also I think they over charged me, I ordered £43 food, with 2 pint, came up £56.10? I live around the corner, I’m not a regular customer but still go occasionally, it’s going downhill even more.
Smart-looking place, decent menu/range of choices, but we ordered 4 items and 2 were wrong - and although we reported the errors to both wait staff and what appeared to be management, we got a verbal apology, but they didn't reimburse what we had been overcharged. Photo attached showing how they "rectified" bringing fries instead of the rosemary fries we'd ordered, because: hilarious!
Popped in around 4 pm on a Tuesday Lovely venue, reminded me of holidays abroad. Lovely staff Great service Lovely food Definitely going back again.
