TERRIBLE company! They are uncommitted, have no schedules, and everything they sell is crap. I hope this store closes because it is not possible for them to have the worst customer service. I regret taking my cell phone, the screen simply does not work. I only used my cell phone at night. I will seek my rights through justice.
It should be actually zero star.I took my daughters iPhone 13 to be fixed in July 20 and I paid 120 pound for back and front screen.Fast forward August the back screen was broke and the front screen was lifted August 13th.I took the phone and explained to the owner and he was try to give me explanation that can’t be justified.I was told to left the phone and come back;went I did I was told the the technician was trying with to fix it but because of a crack on the bottom of the screen.It led to the LCD not working;mind you that never cracked.I was told to pay another 25 pounds towards fixing it and I still did.I picked it up today the battery was old and I wanted to get it home. Once I got home and charged it for her. She told me around 8 pm if I have seen the glass and I said yes .she pointed out that it does not fix as she can't see some of the signal bar in the top right and some of the things on the left .I left so disgusting and I will be going there first thing tomorrow morning.
