First and last order.. Ordered a playstation portal online, pictures different to product. Shown a clean looking console advised as 'very good' condition with little sign of wear. Recieved it today absolutely filthy. Covered in food and dirt, scratched to bits and the audio ports so jammed with dirt I'd be surprised it worked. Didn't send the one in the picture and didnt even bother to rub a wetwipe to remove all the crust before sending it out.. Disgusting. Only good thing is they said they would arrange collection to process a refund tomorrow. Hopefully they do.
