I’m writing this on behalf of my husband as he is not on google or Facebook. He dropped his phone in a carpark yesterday tea time and when he went back to look for it but someone had driven over it . . He went to AAA phones this morning as we have used them before. We thought it was destined fir the phone scrap heap , but lo and behold they fixed it in half an hour . Thank you for such great service. Would highly recommend

Excellent service from Billal. Fixed my iPhone screen in 20 minutes for a reasonable price. 10/10.

We don't take mobiles here anymore because it's over priced. We did ask for an elite 2 xbox controller to be repaired for £25 quid though. It should have just been a clean out. Was told it would be fixed by the sunday morning and they will call me. Come Sunday afternoon, no call. Called them, to be told I will get a call the following morning. Come Monday afternoon, no call. Called them to be told it will be fixed the following morning. My response: 'how do you know that when I haven't given my name or details':(lie number1). They then took my name and controller details 4 times but decided that my new name is "my love". I was then told i'll get it back the following morning (lie number 2). I was then told they can't find my PlayStation controller....well, I'm not surprised because it's not a PlayStation controller you are looking for. I was also told the delay was because of eid: (lie number 3). My husband finally got an answer that they are waiting for parts because a piece had snapped. The state of my controller when I finally got it back, a week later: 1)something is snapped inside and rattling around 2)the rubber comfort down BOTH sides is stretched and out of place 3) the simple fix of stick drift is now worse 4) now both of my triggers are sticking and miss firing. 5) my back paddle is loose and now slips out. How did my controller come back worse than it went? NEVER again. Unprofessional, condescending, unqualified and over-priced on phone repairs. An expensive piece of equipment down the drain for £25. *EDIT* After reading this response, I'll just add my photos for review too.
