The store representatives were clueless, we wanted to port our services to EE, they were unattentive, told us wrong plans when we already knew what plan we wanted to opt. EE team please provide necessary training to your staff, the Piccadilly store is much much better and customer friendly, worst experience ever

Staff in the store unfortunately couldn't help me - understandable though frustrating. This would not have caused me to leave a negative review alone. After establishing that they couldn't help, staff proceeded to cut me off and spoke over me REPEATEDLY as I was asking clarifying questions about my next steps, despite me asking more than once to please be allowed to finish my question before they answered it. I asked if they would be able to pass on feedback to "someone higher up" that the system is extremely flawed and frustrating and he immediately became hostile and started with "I'd have to do that every day" (which... surely if people are complaining about the system 'every day' that might give a hint that it needs to change) and started cutting me off AGAIN, at which point I lost my temper and walked out. Issue still not resolved and I still don't know my next steps due to a horrible and hostile response to me asking for further info

Went in for a replacement SIM card and apparently they signed me up for a 24m contract! Absolute scam and on Xmas eve too! Called EE who said it "looks very suspicious" and will investigate. Complete criminals.
