Terrible service, avoid this place, no respect for people. This is the first time in my life I've been forced to write such a review, but I feel like crying, and I'm just sad. This morning I visited Vodaphobe in Sale with the intention of buying a new phone. But I was very cold when I arrived, it was -2 degrees outside, and unfortynately my phone had run out of battery. I asked a member of staff if I could charge my phone for a few minutes only... I just wanted to charge a few percent of the battery to pay for parking online and pay for a hot drink in a café, then I wanted to come back and talk about a contract for a new phone. The employee first gave me a charger, but after a minute he changed his mind and said with a smile on his face that I couldn't charge my phone because "the manager didn't give him consent ." He took the charger and asked me to leave... This is "professional customer service"??!! . It's not about rules, just ordinary human kindness. It was freezing outside, I only asked to charge my phone for a few minutes, and I was humiliated. I will never use their services again, and I will describe the situation on all possible websites.

Brilliant service from John. Gotten me the best deal and very patient. Had fun talking to. I would advise to come to Sale to get anything sorted out.

Brilliant service. All the staff were very helpful, specially Mohammad was showing us how to properly use the Vodafone app, explaining several plans for us clearly and advised the best plan for us - and we got a new phone xx
