Summary: Dont shop here for Vapes. Most likely fake disposables. Absolutely poor customer service, please train your staff to effectively speak to people. Quite possibly the worst place I've been to in many years. These guys honestly need to learn how to teach the staff some customer service skills. Honestly can confirm that the crystal disposables are fake. Sold a crystal that was opened the night of purchase and died after around 10-15 puffs, I had gone back with 1 out of the 2 and advised that we aren't happy because this is a faulty product and that. The person known as "chanand" turns to me and begins talking to me in a rude manner and essentially starts questioning my integrity and implying I'm a liar and says how can we believe you. Should I have a camera with me to prove that a device you sold is faulty? So he increasingly becomes rude so I request for him to call the person who I had originally bought this from to discuss this as this person lacks the concept of customer service and completely was attempting to irritate me more. The other individual comes who was more calm but his stance was "we've never received a complaint on this so it's not valid" which is funny now that I see that they also do mobile phones, so if they sold a mobile phone and they never received a complaint on it, would they not support the customer who's made this purchase? And based on what I can see on the reviews, it seems that there have been some unhappy customers regarding complaints which I guess doesn't surprise me. They believe that disposable devices are perfect devices, when in reality they're electronic goods that can have a fault item or a faulty batch, but the way they had gone defensive and instantly been rude it just goes to show that they evidently have complaints about their disposables and have experience fobbing people off when they complain. I'm not even saying they should offer a refund or a replacement, if they had offered a respectful side and declined its much different, but based on their attitude, their product dying and having no luck trying to explain why disposables are not perfect items and that they can have the tendencies to not work because they're manufactured as one use items, hence the name "disposables", but honestly can't say I've been treated worse and made to feel like I've come in to try swindle £5 from a shop for a disposable, honestly disgraced. My recommendation is don't even shop here unless it's for anything other than vapes. All in all, the customer service is absolutely awful, I wouldn't spend a penny here for electronic items. Don't purchase their FAKE disposables, you'd rather have legit disposables so atleast you know what's going into your body, rather than something most likely fake from these Shady people. Plenty of better shops around. Straight after that I had gone to the Manchester United phone and vape shop, the owner and the workers know how to speak to people, are absolutely respectful and I can honestly say that I left with a joyful feeling after a wonderful conversation. M15 4AD, also, the disposable didn't die in single digit puffs. Will be taking my business there from now on!

This shop Damaged my phone and refused refund, so I’ll be taking them to small claims court, advise to avoid! When I took the broken phone to Morpheus (should've gone in the first place, reliable but further) they found junk inside from another phone which this place left in there in their poor repair job! Mr Singh at mobile phone repair acted like an absolute rouge and they kept the phone for more than a month! Highly advise against getting any kind of work done here, awful
