Good store, good service, and unfortunately I forgot the name of the seller's girl, she is just super, if there is an opportunity, I go to her, she will always tell me what I need))) and with the fact that I am from Ukraine and my English is not of a high level, then I imagine how it is not easy for her
Its a huge store with lots to choose from. We were returning a printer that didnt work. This is not an easy process as theres a lot of ambiguity for returns, we were told we had to go directly to the manufacturer not through the store, then we were eventually told we could return it to a store. The Customer Service desk had one staff and we waiting 20 minutes for another staff member to come. Mark was excellent though and processed the retun well. Maybe the company policies are the reason I buy from normally buy from amazon.
Went in to store to upgrade my contract. The service I received was so poor and disgusting, I ended cancelling 4 line rental(which they couldn’t do in store, went on my phone in car park). As everything to needs to be done online. What’s point of having store if everything needs to be done online. I wanted to discuss changing my line rental or amend my current plan. This all needs to be online. I can safe say never again carphone wearhouse!!!
