About
This pizzeria serves Italian-style pizzas with a focus on Neapolitan traditions, featuring a menu that includes options like Triple Pepperoni, Margherita, and Cal-Italia. The pizzas are made with thin dough and cooked in a stone oven, which can be observed during preparation. Toppings range from classic choices like nduja and portobello to more unique combinations, and dips are available to accompany the pizzas. The venue operates with a smaller menu, keeping the selection focused. Drinks, including alcoholic options, are served at the bar. Queues can form, but the process is straightforward. Credit cards are accepted for payment.
Customer Reviews
Very cosy place. Delicious pizza on a thin well-baked dough. Very nice service - Young but very professional girls who can advise what to choose. Very affordable prices. I highly recommend this place.
Went having been recommended. The pizzas were excellent and just as described. The dough was delicious and the selection of pizzas covered a good range. Polite and friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Overall a very positive experience and will definitely return when back in Manchester or any of their other locations.
I recently stopped by Rudy's in Manchester and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The menu is on the smaller side, but that actually worked in its favour - it keeps things focused, and the pizzas they do serve are done really well. The dough is light and chewy with that authentic Neapolitan touch, and the toppings are simple but flavourful. I also tried the beer, which turned out to be a highlight. It was served perfectly chilled, fresh, crisp, and just bubbly enough to complement the pizza without being heavy. Overall, Rudy's keeps it straightforward - good pizza, good beer, and a casual, easygoing vibe. Definitely worth a visit if you're after a no-fuss, satisfying meal in Manchester.
