The staff at the Salford Branch are so helpful. Always make you feel comfortable. I suffer from Anxiety &Depression so I do struggle. But staff are absolutely brilliant .I've been diagnosed with Macular. And that was detected by Muhammed Patel. Who again is very helpful and answers any questions. I'm awaiting to see consultant at Manchester Eye Hospital after Muhammed sent a referral. Thankyou to all the brilliant staff. Best wishes Shirley Hargreaves
Even when i was late for my appointment, they still gave me my check and treated it as if i was on time. I even got some free advice on efficient recovery after gym sessions. Deserves the 5 star.
Staff always so helpful Nicole and Rita are really lovely i suffer from anxiety and they are always so kind. Also Muhammed so kind and puts me at ease. A thorough eye test i had .And Muhammed found a problem with my right eye he referred me to Eye hospital Manchester where i was seen quickly on the 23rd September. I am now awaiting a further appointment as I've been diagnosed with Macular Hole in right eye. I was also told by the consultant that Muhammed is a brilliant optician to refer me.
