For people’s who are having appointments in UKVAS service point (Visas & Immigration), can consider this car park as alternative to Merchants Car Park. UKVAS service point is just 5mins walk away. Car parking bays are limited but I think they are enough. Not so expensive.
Like all these systems nowadays I'm absolutely convinced they have the machines set in a weird way that makes it difficult to use or the app seems fussy especially if you are in a rush. This was you buy the wrong ticket and get that juicy fine they love dishing out where if you're a good boy you don't pay £60 you pay £30. 😂😂😂. They know how to skin a cat these guys. Faceless corporation with no customer service but somehow have powers to find you and get you into debt. Apart from that. Location was great. It's a car park. Thanks for the pleasure of allowing me to park my car on it. The white lines were straight. The concrete solid beneath. The lights were poor though and it didn't feel safe.
Avoid parking at all, they will give you a charge even if you enter a wrong registration number, you can't avoid them. Use them if absolutely necessary or else avoid them. If in case you get a parking charge, provide all the evidence and send an appeal, if you are genuine they will have to at least reduce the fine. Avoid at best...
