Sending the parcel into the recycling bin and mark "delivered to safe space" (while someone's at home as well) is another level. Almost lost my parcel forever.

Attempted delivery on the 12th, but no one came near the house. I have CCTV on the road entrance and a ring doorbell. No card put through door! Why lie!!!! You can't go to the sorting office, as they close it at 10am, it use the open in the evening for people after work. What is the point on having anyone call you, when your not flexible with the opening times in the week! Stop employing people on contract work who don't care about if they deliver or not! It's a waste of money and expensive for useless workers. Start employing your own staff, there are plenty of people who want permit jobs! Stop being cheap and give proper employment package, which is less expensive them contact workers, who lie on delivery! Royal mail your rubbish and you don't care!

Great new community gathering spot with the generous new opening times. It's great if you like queues. The one man behind the counter was making sure he took extra time to help build the queue. I think he wanted it to reach the parking spaces at the front. It was boring when you used to be in and out. Hopefully they'll reduce the opening hours even more in the future.
