About

This post office handles everyday postal needs, from sending letters and small parcels to managing collections. It is known for its convenient location near the Exchange Quays tram stop, though some note that finding it initially can be tricky. Regular visitors appreciate the helpfulness of the staff, particularly for services like scanning and collecting letters. While primarily a functional space for postal transactions, it serves as a reliable spot for local residents to manage their mailing tasks.

This post office has very rude and incompetent staff. Every-time my husband and I have gone to either collect or send parcels. The staff act like they do not want to be there. I last went to send my passport and informed the lady there I needed a tracked service as it’s a very important document. She was cold, hostile and just slapped a stamp on my envelope. Eventually found out that it’s first class delivery without tracking. It’s been 2 weeks and there’s no update on my passport. This is the second time I’m having an issue with this branch. I usually would avoid them but on this day the other post office was closed. They either need to find other jobs that make them happy or be retrained to service people. The reviews say it all. The same complaints about the same person. Royal Mail needs to do better!

I go in every/most days to get my letters scanned and collected. Both the gentleman and the lady are very nice and have been super helpful. Been going most days since the past year and only had a good experience.

The directions on the Royal mail website is wrong, so I spent a long time looking for this post office. I've added photos with directions starting from the Exchange Quays tram stop. Apart from that, dropping off the package seemed straightforward
