Where do I start. Poorly posted prices, denied offers. A 3 for 2 items on one display, grabbed three items l was told they were not part of the offer, even when door sign noted green parcel labeled items 3 for 2. Went to buy other reduced items, incorrectly labelled. Spoke with Manager who completely refused to sell items as advertised. Shocking, simply shocking customer service, made me feel embarrassed due to their errors. Will not shop at this store again despite being a resident of Urmston for over 30 years.
I usually have a bad experience at this specific store (unlike urmston- they're fantastic!) Security guy watched me come in and shop,and didn't bother me once. But once my partner came in, we were followed around the shop. When paying (because unlike assumed, we pay for our shopping!) the lady was snotty. It's just boots, not Selfridge's. Staff need to calm down and stop thinking the store is above first impressions of customers. Order online from now on. I probably would have bought more today but I was so distracted and annoyed that I'm now nipping to superdrug instead 😍
Customer service is terrible, I've been left waiting so many times by different pharmacists for prescriptions while they do something else I decided to move Chemists and write this review, I understand they're busy but that's no reason to leave someone waiting
