I've been using Boots for several years for my medication. Always very friendly, personable (remembers my name and medication) have been helpful helping with needs. Im at TC a couple of times a week anyway and with being open late, it makes perfect sense. I get text messages for my medication, which is helpful. I can tell its a well run pharmacy, always on it and always knowledgeable.

Very rude and unprofessional! I tried speaking with the pharmacist, asked a member of staff who was working in the pharmacy team, she just told me that I have to speak with the pharmacist but there was no one there. When she came back, I told her my problem and asked if I can get a cream or something. Lastly, I wanted to speak with the pharmacist, so she went to the pharmacist, it was a Chinese guy! He refused to speak with me and she told him what I came for and they laughed, but that was not what I wanted to speak with so-called pharmacist! In the end, after such unprofessional behavior I received from them, they decided to send another lady who wasn’t even the pharmacist to me and ask me in front of all other customers what my problem was! Honestly, I’ve been to a lot of pharmacies and for that, they take you to a room so you can tell them in private and that’s how it should be! But they are a bunch of unprofessional team, acting like kids not knowing how to speak with patients. I will never even return to this pharmacy and wouldn’t recommend anyone to do so.
