The staff are always so kind and helpful even when the pharmacy is very busy. Today they were working so hard to keep everybody happy when the new system was having teething troubles. One man was extremely rude to them and stormed out when he had to wait for his prescription. He was spoken to with care and dignity! Thank you to all the lovely staff. You are doing an amazing job.

I used to dread going into this chemist, prescriptions were never ready even when following the mandated 4 day ordering rule. What should be a 2 minute job took 20 minutes as the pharmacist hastily put the prescriptions together. There was plenty of staff, all chatting and pretending to ignore the growing queue of irate customers. In addition, you'd be barked at by the staff at front of house and made to feel very unwelcome. A few months ago it's changes hands, all the staff have changed and prescriptions are ready and the staff polite and professional. I went to get my regular medicine and was out in less than 2 minutes. Normally I would allow myself half an hour to pick up medicine. Keep up the great work!

I have always received excellent service at Hollywood Pharmacy in Sale They are always extremely busy but always do their best to help wherever they can. A lady called Carol often serves me when I go in and she always gives 100% and goes out of her way be helpful Thank you to the team for your help it is very much appreciated.
