Boots

I went to the Pharmacy to get my partners prescription. Annie - The lady who assisted me is a credit to the store. Nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond to explain how the medication will help and suggested other things that would help. She was caring, helpful and funny. Please can this be passed on to her superiors as she deserves all the recognition for her excellent service. I always want to be served by her. Someone please give this lady a raise. I’ve been in before with issues and whoever served me in the past didn’t know what they are doing. Missing prescription, long delays, just a mess. Annie is an asset to the ‘walk in’ pharmacy

Went in to speak to the Manager named Deeba on how people get a job in the boots. She was so rude and had 0 customer service it was actually shocking. I have never been spoken to like that by someone and I would say avoid this store. She said they haven’t hired someone new in 4 years and I could see the store was empty. Probably because of the disgusting customer service no one goes in there anymore. Avoid this store just go into the next town I would say.

I feel compelled to express my total gratitude and appreciation too a number if the excellent staff at Boots in Sale. I specifically what to say how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Sarah and Maggie are nothing is too much trouble. Likewise on one occasion i needed too ask Natalie the manager for assistance and again i felt she was very understanding and helpful. In this world of technology driven service Boots are an exception too this cost cutting culture - Amen 🙏 to that being the case!
