I have found this pharmacy exceptional. The staff careers knowledgeable. Nothing Is too much trouble and they always go the extra mile Today I ran out of some of my medication ( me and the first time ever ) Rang the pharmacy.....Adele just lovely....calming and reasurng....she spoke to the pharmacist on duty...Sarah Went down to pharmacy and Sarah sorted on 111 and I walked out with my medication Just the best outcome one could have hoped for. Friendly staff, they but major issue is waiting time there are often 4 or 5 staff in rear of pharmacy but only one serving customers staff seem reluctant to come out of back to serve in shop even though there is often several customers waiting & all too often the only person serving is involved in a complex issue. Also staff seem to have difficulty finding a scrip that has been notified as ready to collect. This is a shame as for me the most convenient Branch
Came in with an eye infection that I regularly get. Told just to clean it instead of getting the eye drops I requested and have used previously. Not sure why they can’t just service customers
