Only came on here to check opening times and saw some negative reviews which I thought was odd. If you are looking for a post office that is efficient and knowledgable then this is a good place to go. The lady knows her stuff and you can be guaranteed a fast and efficient service. If you want to spend 10 minutes having a chat with your server about the weather, go somewhere else. Whilst you may view these conversations as "customer service", the people waiting behind you don't. There's a reason this place doesn't have a problem with queues. They are fast and good at what they do.

I used to use this place every day, always excellent service. The new owners made it extremely difficult to guess when they were going to re-open, no telephone number listed. Been trying to get there to retrieve my drop & go receipts since before Christmas, door always locked. The staff had no idea what had happened to those receipts, not much effort to retain regular customers so I'm not one any more. The previous owners were fantastic, the new ones got a way to go to build it back up I think.
