Used them to pay cash into my bank account i had already counted it 3 times so I knew the amount was correct he put the cash into the counting machine came back to the counter and said it was 20 pound short i stood my ground then without checking his machine decided it must have got stuck and agreed the amount I said no apology just an arrogant attitude I will use them again to be awkward but insist they count it in front of me.Also funny how the lottery machine is never working when I have a winner but always working when I want to buy one I actually caught them shaking the poppy collection container and laughing because it was nearly empty.
Staff are amazing. Very helpful. Always use this for my parcels. Most couriers available. Always an exceptional experience
Genuinely the slowest store/post office i’ve ever been to. Spend half your life waiting to get served.
