There so moody and miserable at this office, whether you go in or they’re delivering parcels. No Manners whatsoever on the road, park on the corners of roads, will just stop in heavy traffic and put their hazards on and then their face to face interactions are awful. Do they have any customer service training?!
Visited Sale Royal Mail today about a missing parcel that I needed urgently . I spoke to Lynn and she was really helpful. She was friendly and sympathetic and went out of her way to track down the parcel and get it to me. I was really impressed. Thank you Lynn.
