Customer Reviews
Honestly I’ve had enough of the manager at this Sainsbury’s. I personally now believe is just racist. There have been at least 3 incidents now where she had made me feel like I’m wrong or I came to steal in there when I come to shop here every week. She is very dismissive, rude, unprofessional and honestly shouldn’t be the manager at any enterprise. She had given my friends the same treatment and she makes every situation turn into a big scene and draw unnecessary attention every time. Some thing as little as “sorry, let me have a look”, she goes straight to making you feel guilty and just being very dismissive. I will not be shopping here anymore as I’ve had enough of the staff acting oblivious and the manager being rude and racist.
I drink 2 coffees a day, but in this store they don't take care of the Costa coffee machine, it hasn't been working for 3 days in a row, and this happens every week,
A lady called ‘Liv’ is the most horrible person you’ll ever cross paths with in this store. Claims to be the manager which is clearly not the case as I’ve been living in the building above for several years and visit the store almost every single day. If she really is the manager then Sainsbury’s needs to do better. She does not know the laws or how to treat customers and is extremely obnoxious and ignorant. All physical Biometric Residence Permits go off 31/12/2024 after that it’s all digital for immigrants like me. She made me feel like I was an illegal immigrant and was so loud, made her agenda to make me look like I was wrong. The whole store could hear her behave unprofessionally. It was super embarrassing and if only she was mature/smart enough to understand that the gov.uk website clearly shows my right to Live/Work/Rent in the UK. She refused to accept that on another note she only had to check my ‘date of birth’ to verify legal age. I don’t go around using the ‘R’ word casually but did a little experiment of my own and sent a ‘white’ friend of mine to buy the same product with a damaged ID where the expiry date wasn’t visible… needless to say, our RACIST manager Miss Liv served her regardless :)
