I was shocked at the attitude of the staff member on shift. I did not get his name but he was a young Indian man who didn't speak English very well, making it difficult to talk to him about the issues I was experiencing at the pump. As a wheelchair user, the Londis shop itself is not accessible at all, with the aisles being far too narrow to get through in a chair, and display stands completely block any path through. When I went to pay for my petrol, I was gaslit by this man who claimed I was to blame for not 'filling my car correctly'. I had to go and try fill for a second time. He just watched me struggle from the shop window and did not think to come and help me when I was in obvious need of assistance, only coming to see the issue after I gestured for help a number of times. He then discovered there was an issue with the pump mechanism which was causing the filling issue, after which, which he made no attempt to apologise for blaming me. The cost of the petrol in the end was ludicrously expensive. Definitely avoid!
Very good staff and always gives respect
So much appreciated for today’s help, the staff is very friendly to let me use his phone, and very kind accept my request to download Tesla app to unlock my car, I can’t imagine what should I do without his help!
