My hubby has mobility issues. I’ve been trying to find a taxi service who could provide the support that both he and I needed. Everyone I can in contact with were AMAZING, UNDERSTANDING AND INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. Offering photos of vehicles and making suggestions. I was very happy to book them for a pick up today 25/12/25. If I could put 6 stars I would. As my hubby was very tired I asked to change the pick up time to be an hour earlier. This was only 2 hours before the scheduled booking. I was immediately responded to and then came back to confirm change and the driver would let me know when he’d arrived. The Wonderful Driver “Mat” is this companies biggest assets. He was Wonderful, put both my hubby and I at ease , no rush calm supportive and after always explaining to my hubby what he was going to do to help he, he did just that.On arrival home he did the same explained to my hubby and me what he was going to do to help him get out of the vehicle in a clear calm and very confident manner checking all the time that my hubby was ok. He walked him down the path until I was happy to take over. The guy was a wonderful human being, with a genuine kind nature of wanting to help. If you have a loved one who isn’t in. A wheelchair but requires support to enter and exit a taxi then trust me as someone who searched dozens. Try ATS MANCHESTER YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED…..
The taxi company online host is very responsible with pre arrival messaging, flight tracking, passenger pick up real time messaging. Reply to customer is almost instant & service is excellent. Its driver is also honest and helpful. My kid has left a wallet on a taxi, and the driver has proactively informed its host for arranging it to be mailed back to me. Reliable, responsible, honest.
Prompt reliable and courteous. Booked to meet the boat for 12.30, the boat was early and I thought I would have to hang around for an hour but, the driver was already there waiting. Car was tidy and driver polite. Would definitely recommend
