Excellent service. We booked two trips with Mancunian from Manchester Airport to Liverpool and back again. Our driver, Mr. Adeel Ahmed, was always on time and extremely friendly. Messages were answered promptly. The vehicle was modern and very comfortable. We have absolutely nothing to criticize.
Mostly happy with the service. They were prompt on both our outward and return journey. The drivers were polite and helpful with the luggage. Really reduced the stress of how to get to/from Manchester Airport from Liverpool when train strikes were happening. Negative sides for us - we paid for Meet and Greet on our return and that didn't happen. I messaged to say we were taxiing to the terminal and it was 8:17am on a Wednesday. The airport was quiet and we got through really quickly. The driver had messaged me asking me to message/call when we had collected our luggage. We didn't have signal until we were by Exit 3 where the meet and greet parking is. When I updated the driver he was in the car park by Exit 2, so we had to find him. Other than that the driver needs to read the room - we were too tired to engage in conversation as we had been travelling for 25 hours, but I know this can be hard to judge so not docked any stars for this.
