I pre-booked an airport pickup and informed STS cars twice when my flight was delayed, giving updates as soon as I had them. Despite this, I was told no changes were allowed within 12 hours and that I would need to pay again and rebook. For a company offering airport pickups, this policy feels unfair—flight delays are common and outside passengers’ control. Poor customer service and no flexibility.

Absolutely excellent experience from the initial booking onwards. Communication excellent. Booked an airport pickup from Manchester at 1.30am and everything was brilliant. Zahid was there to meet me and was very courteous and professional. Took bags to the car which was a spotless Mercedes E Class. The journey home was extremely comfortable and seemed to fly by. Highly recommend and will be using again!
