Not been to Trafford Centre in a while, so was disappointed when I took my daughter to see there was no Disney Store and the old Hamleys store was shut down. However, that was all made better by the great staff at the "mini" hamleys. Walking in, the bloke made her laugh by chatting to her about her fairy costume (fairies aren't allowed in store, but he wouldnt tell anyone), and the 2 girls on staff helped her choose the toy she wanted with warmth that is often hard to come by (and maintain :) )in the Trafford Centre. She had a great time because of these staff members, thank you so much :)
Excellent customer service. Finally a big organisation that still looks after their customers. Would like to thank Hamleys (Trafford centre, Manchester), especially William Malley for outstanding customer service. Having bought a remote control car from their franchise store in Dubai which unfortunately turned out to be faulty. Hamleys took responsibility and went above and beyond, great customer service. Has put faith in big organisations that personally look after their customers. William Malley is a credit to the store. Will definitely buy again from Hamleys. Thank you
Do not shop online with this company!! Absolute cowboys, with zero customer relations, zero customer care and zero care for whether orders are completed or not. Now trading on their name and past reputation as what they are doing would mean this company would not last 6 months behaving the way they do with customers and their orders. I ordered on the 24th November and still have not received it in the 18h December. One email to let me know it was delayed and no reply to my further two emails since. Do not shop with this company! Shop local, where they care.
