About

This workshop allows customers to create their own customised stuffed toys, with a focus on teddy bears. Visitors can select from a range of options, including different bear designs and accessories. The process involves choosing a bear, stuffing it to personal preference, and adding finishing touches like a birth certificate. The experience is interactive and hands-on, making it a memorable activity for creating a unique keepsake. From time to time, there are deals available to enhance the experience. The concept has become a local staple for those interested in personalised gifts or crafting their own plush companions.

We had a fantastic experience at Build-A-Bear! It was my daughter’s first time making her own teddy, and Alison made it truly unforgettable. She was warm, patient, and so enthusiastic, turning the whole process into something magical for my daughter. We’re so grateful for the wonderful memory thank you, Alison!

I must say. I had a fantastic experience here. The staff members went above and beyond to help me choose the right gift for my partners birthday and Christmas and even found me a better deal than I could, which ultimately meant I spent more on accessories. I can't remember names am afraid but thank you to all the staff. I would shop here again just for that experience 🙂

Was going to go into the shop when I was walking by, but wow. It was around 12 in the afternoon on Christmas Eve and there were 5 girls standing at the door talking very bad things about people. On top of that they were giving nasty looks toward customers that approached to go into the shop. Understandably it’s Christmas Eve and nobody wants to work, but at least put on a brave face for the parents and children coming in. I don’t know how you get customers with attitudes like that from your staff, I didn’t even go in and was thrown off by their language and looks they gave.
