About
This large LEGO store in the Trafford Centre has a wide selection of sets, including LEGO art and Duplo for younger children. It features play areas with Duplo zones and a dedicated building space for older kids. Staff assist with finding sets and sometimes engage in building activities with visitors. The store runs a passport scheme where children can collect stamps. Queues are managed efficiently during busy periods.
Customer Reviews
One of the best LEGO stores I’ve visited! Spacious layout, lots of stock, and amazing play areas – two Duplo zones for little ones and a big LEGO building area for older kids. Staff are friendly and even let you join in on building display sets. My nephew loved it! Definitely worth a visit.
What a fantastic visit to the lego shop at the Trafford Centre we had. The shopping centre was extremely busy and so was the lego shop, they had a queuing system in place to allow the flow into the store quickly and we was greeted by two super friendly members of staff, while we was looking around the store we was approached to see how was getting on but left to shop freely too, a nice balance, there was lots of staff around helping people and filling shelves. When we went to the till to pay we needed to exchange some things and a manager named James came over very quickly and was super friendly and helpful and got everything sorted for us with a smile. Overall a fantastic experience and will definitely using this store more often for any future lego purchases because if a team can still be super helpful and working so efficiently during an extremely busy time they deserve my future custom!
Probably one of the best Lego stores I have been to. Very large (one of 2 stores in the Trafford centre, the other one is at the Lego discovery centre and is a fair bit smaller) A lot of play areas for younger kids with two Duplo areas and a large regular Lego area for older kids. Staff are also building display sets on the floor area and allowing people to interact and help. Also usual minifig builder areas and plenty of displays. Huge amount of stock. Friendly staff and well laid out. My daughter played in the Duplo area for ages and had a great time. Well worth a visit.
