What is happening at this shop? Why are all staff urgently needed to stack every single shelf until they are bursting at all moments of the day? Why can’t there be a single gap so it looks like something has been bought? Will the shelves simply collapse if let alone for more than 3 seconds? Will Co-Op management descend and unleash fury if that happens? Why is it a priority to have zero gaps on the shelves rather than serving customers or helping those of us thick enough to dare to try and use the self-service tills? Who has made the decision in the upper, Godly realms of management to instill the belief it’s okay to leave everyone waiting for minutes until someone has to hunt down a poor, frightened staff member, who must be terrified to untether themselves from the sacred shelves? Much to think about.

Can the manager/owner of this store please retrain their staff members. Seems like they could do with a bit of training on how to respect people that come to this store and approach them with appropriate manners. Especially the staff member named SAM Thank you

The staff members here are very rude to disabled customers i have visited this place on many occasions as its close to where I live as I can't walk long distances. Every time I shop here I come home crying because of my disability the workers make jokes about me... very sad to see this kind of behaviour from Grown up Caucasian Men
