Turned up ten mins before closing to buy nappies and baby formula, aggressively asked why we were knocking the door even which had been locked for early. When we explained we needed a few bits before closing we were told they were dealing with ‘an incident’ and would not be allowed in. Luckily there was a nice guy in an off license down the road with supplies. Thanks for nothing Ron.
My friend and I have just been made to feel extremely uncomfortable in your store by your security guard (10th Oct 2025 @ evening) by following us around the store watching our every move. This was extremely uncalled for. I come in here all the time and literally live across the road. This is my local. I won’t be coming here again. He literally followed us around the store, constantly looking at us then even was around us during check out far too close for comfort. I’ve never been made to feel so uncomfortable in a Sainsburys store before, it’s unacceptable. I won’t be coming here again.
Very rude member of staff. I arrived at 10.52 knowing it closed at 11 but I needed some important supplies. The shutters were half closed but a member of staff opened the door and shouted at me. I was very upset that I couldn’t get what needed and to be abused undeserving. Avoid this shop if you have another option.
