Visited today for the first time for a small procedure with a District Nurse. The Doctors Surgery reception staff very politely redirected me to the correct area of the building and I was dealt with in a friendly and caring manner. The Nurse went above and beyond in caring for my needs and the District Nurse Receptionist could not have been more helpful in finding me another appropriate appointment. The building and waiting areas were very clean and tidy and the free Car Park next to the building , which isn't the case at many doctors, was a blessing in the rain, as was the easy to use tablet device to register your vehicle for the parking pass. I wouldn't want to judge some of the previous comments as everyone can have a bad day and ill health can affect perceptions, but I've been to a lot worse Surgeries, this was a pleasure to visit today.

I had my first appointment here today with Podiatry. I was looked after by Lisa, she is fantastic. Professional, caring and welcoming. I look forward to meeting the rest of the team in the future.
