This is the worst GP that I've ever used in my life. If you call to book an appointment, they won't pick. If you go there, they will say they don't do face to face appointment. If you are successful to book an appointment, they won't call you on time. Receptionist is so rude and frustrating. The receptionist is not fit for the healthcare sector. They aren't kind, compassionate, committed, competent and courageous. Their mode of communication is poor. No sms or email reminder for your appointment. The worst service ever.
This is the worst GP on Gods Green Planet! It shouldnt be called GP it should be called how to waste time on a daily basis. I've been calling since 8am and when it was my turn which was at 10.20 PM?? THEY CUT THE CALL! They told me to call them today which is tuesday because i didn't get a booking last week like this is literally 3x worse than a nightmare. Use are not putting not even a little effort to help these people. Should be ashamed of yourselves!! Dont be suprised when people stop coming and calling to your tragic GP.
