Excellent service from Bethany during an appointment for new frames earlier today. She was very friendly, made great suggestions and explained what kind of thing I should be looking for to suit me. I ended up choosing frames I'd never considered during my window shopping and am really happy with all the help and suggestions. Much better service than the "Did you find anything you like?" you can get elsewhere and I'll be coming back in the future for sure.
Absolutely lovely staff and they made the experience of shopping for new frames really really pleasant! Bethany was so helpful, and took so much time offering suggestions for frames that were suitable for me. She had a really good eye for knowing what types of frames and colours would work best for me, and I couldn’t believe that I chosen a new pair of frames within 20 minutes. When I’ve tried doing it by myself at other places, I seem to take hours and the staff don’t seem to be able to help me very well. Really looking forward to getting my new glasses and would recommend IOLLA without hesitation for someone looking for something a bit different.
