I would like to thank Mrs Michelle Butterworth for the outstanding care I received during a routine smear test. While waiting I became unwell , but I was quickly and compassionately look after. Michelle was reassuring, attentive and extremely professional and I felt genuinely cared for. An excellent example of patient care. Thank you Michelle .
Dr Shiraz and Daniel are the best doctors I could ask for. They have helped me so much with both my physical health and my mental health. They always listen, care, and truly support me. I’m very grateful for their kindness, understanding, and dedication to my wellbeing.
The nurse I saw was amazing. Really helpful and efficient. Sadly through no fault of her own the practice alloted times are too short for the type of review I needed. This means I have to come back in a couple of weeks to have the rest of the test done. If the appointment times for my specific type of review were slightly longer it would have saved a trip back up to the practice with my young baby. 10/10 for my nurse though, there was just too much that needed to be done and too little time.
