Dr Enzo Aldred was very polite in his manner and very thorough. He listened closely and patiently to my son’s symptoms and carried out all necessary checks. Then diagnosed his condition and prescribed a treatment plan forthwith. He took his time and we did not feel rushed at all. Came away having had a very positive consultation. Been a patient here a long time and thankfully rarely have to visit as I am well ! Had to though yesterday to reception to book an appt and it was like a breath of fresh air staff kind polite and efficent and the open office was I could see happy and working together atmospheres mean a lot and this one reassured me . Only reason its not a 5 star is calling for an appt had tried everyday at 8 to be in a long line and not being able to be offered appt thats demand I know but if your working and day appts are hard some later appts might be kept free to support ?
I recently left my previous doctors due to being unhappy with the waiting times and communication. Since moving to West Point medical practice I have had 3 appointments and I’ve been really happy with the service. Easy to make appointments, feel heard by the doctors, and waiting times are reasonable for a busy practice.
