I've been with this practice for over 54yrs, I've seen many nurses and doctors come and go, Dr Frame is my 'go to' doctor if I'm able to choose. Dr Hyland is also great, I feel listened to and both these doctors are totally dedicated. A recent upset was quickly resolved by Dr Frame, I would like him to know how appreciated he is, he is empathetic and doesn't make patients feel rushed, (he has patience for his patients 😊)
It’s almost impossible to get through to this GP practice by phone. I’ve seen with my own eyes that staff leave the phone on hold, making it look like the line is busy when it’s not. This means patients struggle to get through and book appointments, which is really unacceptable for a medical practice. I hope the management takes this seriously and reviews how calls are being handled — patients should be able to contact their GP without this kind of barrier.
