Customer Reviews
On Monday the arm came off my glasses, went to specsavers on Mauldeth Road, and Hannah very kindly repaired it, then on Wednesday (yesterday) the other arm came off, went in again and realised actually broken. Hannah attended to me again, very kindly changed the whole frame, I found her to be extremely professional and KIND. As a family we have been using Specsavers for a long time and would not consider any other opticians. Thank you for looking after me.
Specsavers are readily available through all areas, of the 3 to 4 stores I have visited they have been mostly efficient, professional and helpful. They are always friendly and willing to go beyond what they need to do, even after you have purchased a test or glasses from them they have helped and supported me when my glasses have come loose or damaged. When my glasses were damaged shortly after a serious accident and I was I hospital my partner took them in, as a gesture of good will they replaced my glasses with ones on the stand so my partner could bring them straight back to me in hospitals Would I recommend them, yes especially the Fallowfield branch.
Excellent specsavers store. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and answer all your questions and give you lots of time to think about things. Pricing is standard and probably cheaper than other opticians, especially with NHS discount. You do have to wait a bit though, especially for contact lenses you’re in and out of rooms and have to wait in between but it’s understandable and they say leave an hour for your appointment.
