Incredibly kind and helpful. My glasses got lost during a concert and was screwed as my prescription is really bad and didnt have any spares on me. Called opticians all round manchester for help but JSR were the only ones who gave me some contacts free of charge just so I could get home. Forever thankful for the help they gave me.

Visited this opticians recently with a contact lens stuck in my eye. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the optician himself was reassuring and managed to fix my issue within seconds. He gave me very good advice with regards to eye health and was very accomodating, especially considering i had an emergency situation and didn't have an appointment booked prior. The appointment took mere minutes from the moment i walked in, there was no pain and i left feeling comfortable and relieved. Thank you
