I bought medical sunglasses from them, and when they changed the lenses to match my prescription, I waited a month and a half. Every time I went to them, they said, "It'll be ready in two days." The last time I went, I told them I wanted the glasses, and they said there was a problem with fitting the lenses. Why weren’t they honest from the start? They wasted my time, and I urgently need the glasses! I could have taken my money back in the first week and gone to another store, but they kept delaying and lying to me! They made me wait for no reason; I didn’t get the glasses, and I couldn’t travel because of the wait. My eyes need the glasses urgently. I will never visit this store again; their service is absolutely terrible!
