I am very disappointed with the service from this pharmacy. I contacted them multiple times to request that they stop processing and collecting my father’s prescription, as we no longer wish to use their pharmacy. Despite clearly informing them on several occasions, they continued to handle the prescription. This shows a lack of communication and respect for customer requests. The most serious issue was when they delivered medication meant for a completely different patient to my home address. My mother, who cannot read or write, was expecting her regular medication delivery and believed the package was hers. Thankfully, she asked me before taking it, and we realised it was not her medication. This could have resulted in serious harm. Delivering the wrong patient’s medication is a dangerous and unacceptable mistake. Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about their safety procedures and would not recommend this pharmacy
Hi everyone, previously I had issues with this pharmacy, but thank fully got the issues resolved. They were short staffed and under a lot of pressure. Thanks to their delivery driver a nice gentleman called Javaid I got the matter sorted. What ever negativity I may have expressed I take it back and hope this pharmacy and staff continues to give excellent service to it's customers in all it's activities. Thank you.
