I visited this pharmacy for the first time while my mom was visiting me... Unfortunately, she did not have her prescription with her, which made us feel quite anxious. The young gentleman at the counter was extremely professional, polite, and helpful. He took the time to check her repeat medication record and ensured that her treatment was not disrupted. He kindly provided an emergency supply for one week and explained everything clearly, which was very reassuring and made a stressful situation much easier for us. However, I did notice that the pharmacy could benefit from improved cleanliness and general tidiness. With some attention to this area, the overall experience would be excellent..
Very bad service , the phone line is constantly busy. I had my 24 hr BP monitored on 31st Dec till today my GP has not received the readings and Pharmacy has no clue what’s going on. No flexibility or consideration for working patients. If miraculously someone answer the phone they will give further excuses instead of answering to the question. The pharmacy would also benefit from cleanliness and tidy in general. The stocks are piled in one corner and shelves are empty.
Use this pharmacy on a daily basis and I can honestly say that the staff are very friendly and polite and helpful, they make time for you and make sure you understand what you are taking and what for as many GPs are very busy and just don't have the time to explain what they are prescribing for you, also as someone who is on a controlled medication for pain and other things they also do not isolate you like others do (making you feel less than human by making you go into a small dark smelly room separate from everyone else ) this chemist doesn't do this So THANK YOU WISE !:-)😊
