I honestly can’t praise Medinet Pharmacy and Sadaf enough! They’re always so helpful and everything is done on time. The medications are always ready when needed, and deliveries always arrive on time too. Sadaf is absolutely amazing — she always goes above and beyond to help. If there’s ever an issue with the GP, she makes sure to chase it up and get it sorted quickly. She genuinely cares about her patients and always takes the time to communicate clearly and kindly. Brilliant pharmacy and exceptional customer service. First time using them today, my gp prescribed antibiotics to Manchester pharmacy and they were closed due to the police blocking roads off. The gp just said you’ll have to wait until tomorrow, however couldn’t wait as I needed the antibiotics, it took me 2 hours of back and forth with the gp and Asda pharmacy and medinet solved the issue and the medicine was delivered to my house within the hour. They told me that for one antibiotic they were out of stock and would deliver the rest of it tomorrow but it arrived by the evening. The staff were extremely friendly and I was surprised at how they went above and beyond, even contacting my gp themselves in order to fix the problem. 10/10 will definitely be using them in the future
Since I joined Medinet I've not had to worry about my medication. Sadaf always manages to sort out any issues that may arise. I take a lot of medication & sometimes it causes me confusion as I tend to forget but Sadaf & her team are always helpful to accommodate. As an older patient I need someone who i can rely & depend on!
