This practice clearly just wants me dead, as a copd patient it is recommended i have a rescue pack on repeat prescription, just in case . No problem until recently when I bought a pre payment certificate. All of a sudden gone, a horrible deed done just to save money, they don't give hoot about my health. Further to this they have messaged saying I need a health review, but I have to wait 2 months, absolutely useless
This is the worst GP surgery! I will take legal action if you continue to ignore my requests! I need these hormones urgently!!! I'm on the verge of panic! I'm running out of pills! And the GP simply won't consider my request!
Absolute discussing service told us appoint was 1:10 pm arrived told the same receptionist my appointment time she said yess that is fine after 1 hour waiting i went to the desk to ask what’s going on only to be told by jobs worth its 4.30 they were going to make a child sit and wait untill half 4 then when we told them we were going to leave she said what are you going to come back at half 4 haha no your error not ours, do better next time bloody awful service currently applying to move to Spencer street surgery as this place is bloody Awfull don’t go here
